Rewards points not depositing (Still)

This is the third post I have made about this. Before this gets "resolved", can someone please reply to me and say HOW it was resolved and check with me to ensure I see a resolution on my end. It's been over two years since the original post, and no one
has said anything other than its being worked on and closes the thread. Thank you.

Hello GT Dex,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
As mentioned in your previous post, this issue is not yet fully resolved. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information, as that information
is highly secured. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

There was a rewards deposit on the 8th and a lot of people are still having issues getting rewards credits deposited so they are getting those emails. The OP is mistaken that they are points though.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is
