Rewards points not deposited on March 30th

As the title says, my 6-thousand-some rewards points were not deposited into my account on March 30th and are still listed as "pending".

My Microsoft Points that are Pending Wont add.

Reward points are deposited on the 15th and 30th of each month.

It depends on when you got to 5,000 pending credits. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you reach 5,000. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the
15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event occurred on the 20th, it will be a part of April's mid-month deposit.

you need to have 100 points in the pending points list before points will be deposited.

If you ear the 100 points in lets say March then they will be deposited on the 15th or 30th of April.

If you requested the deposit before March 27, the deposit should have taken place on the 30th. Your rewards statement on the MyRewards section of the site will list if a deposit took place. You can check for the deposit by checking your returns at
http://commerce.microsoft.com

if you made the request on or after March 27, they would be deposited on the 13th.
