Rewards Points not deposited and unable to requesat deposit.

I purchased a new Xbox One S prior to Christmas and received the 50,000 point bonus shortly thereafter but now two deposit cycles have gone by and the points remain sitting in my account on the Rewards site and have not been converted to money in my Microsoft
account. Also, I cannot see, in any browser, the ability to request a deposit of said funds. This reward does me no good if it can't be used. Can anyone help? Since there is no support from Microsoft "officially" on this subject I now need to resort to this
system. Not happy. Epic Fail so far Microsoft. Epic Fail.

Earning Microsoft Points for Gold renewal

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

Hi, my reward points are not deposited in my account. I already asked for deposit more than 5 times.

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you have at least 5,000 pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.
If the credits were pending after January 1, they should be deposited on the 26th.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending (but less than 5,000). It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

Since your Credit event occurred on the third of this month, it would not have been possible for "two deposit cycles" to have gone by. We only have scheduled deposits at the middle and end of the month. As Smwutches says, your Credit event required time
to process, and will be included in the end of month deposit cycle.

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.
