Rewards points not coming though

I have earned rewards points a set of 2000 and a set of 3000 I have requested that these be withdrawn from my account. it says they have but still no sign of the points please help

If this was an Xbox Rewards program offer, you'd need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum for assistance.

If this was a Microsoft Rewards program offer, you'd need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

I just purchased the first season of mayor and there was a promotion for a limited amount of time that you receive 2000 points but I have yet to receive the reward.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. There you will see how you already spent your 2000 Credit deposit on a purchase two days later.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Therefore, your 3000 Credit deposit request from last week will be a part of next month's mid-month deposit, since those Credits were only pending
in the later half of this month.

While it's not instantly, Bing Rewards offers MS Points as a Bing Rewards points option. 125 Bing Rewards points for 100 MS points, 500 Bing Rewards points for 400 MS points, though the Bing Rewards "cost" goes down as you collect more Bing Rewards points.

It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.
