Rewards Points not being deposited

My Xbox Live points haven't been deposited in ages. I have requested a deposit countless times with no luck. I was last meant to get them on the 30th of March, But that has just been ignored

Title says it all. Keeps telling me my account needs updating but it is up to date. Iv had this problem well over a year and want to know how to sort it

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. To be clear, since this is an issue with how data is being sent from an internal source, adjusting your user information will likely not resolve
this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

http://rewards.xbox.com. You will be able to see how many points you have and also request a deposit there.
