Rewards Points non accreditati

Buongiorno,

ho maturato 16000 crediti rewards e da febbraio non mi vengono convertiti Euro.

Ho provato a contattare il supporto telefonico e mi dicono che non possono farci niente, fatemi sapere come devo procedere.

Buongiorno a tutti, stamattina ho compilato il questionario per ottenere 250 microsoft point (premetto che è la prima volta), i punti che avrei dovuto guadagnare non mi sono stati ancora accreditati, è normale o c'è qualcosa che non v ?

My rewards

They are not counting my points on Xbox Live Rewards, meaning I am not getting My Rewards in 96 hours, either in My Non-MyVip Missions or in Reward History: A if history repeats itself. I would like a solution.

Hello ilCode,

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. If you would have liked to request a scheduled deposit, you were able to do
so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There was a button for this on your MyRewards page.

Once credits are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited
into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month. Please note you need at
least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. You can also see your deposit as currency from the Microsoft Commerce page. These
Credits were deposited on the 14th.

Microsoft reward redemptions are deposited directly into the account that redeemed the points. As far as I am aware they are non transferable as per the terms and conditions of the rewards program

The Bing Rewards Gold price for an Amazon $5 card and 400 MSP is the same - 475 Rewards points. The non-Rewards Gold price is different - 525 points for $5 card vs 500 points for 400 MSP.

Assuming they keep offering rewards, I would presume there will be $5 Live codes available via Bing Rewards after MSP ends.

Also, the every-16-days thing doesn't usually last. Bing offers 31 points a day (and 32 on one day of the week) during the summer. During the winter they cut it back to 16 points a day (17 one day a week). At least, that's how my Rewards points options have
tracked for the past year or two.

Is this in reference to the non-depositing of Rewards points, and the emails saying that our 'accounts need updating'?

If so, how did you go about 'confirming' your email address?
