Rewards points never received

I purchased battlefield 1 thru digital Preorder on Microsoft store website, the game released Oct 21, and the $10 Preorder bonus has not yet shown up as 15000 rewards points. I know it usually shows up within 10 days, and is then deposited to my account
on the 15th or 30th. But it has been about 20 days and it isn't anywhere to be found. I chatted and called Microsoft store, they are no help. They either don't understand how rewards program works, or they transfer me to someone else, so then transferred me
back to them. They suggested i come here and post this for help.

You can see our deposits as currency from your Microsoft Account's commerce page (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount on the same date listed on your
MyStatement. You spent this deposit on November 2nd as partial payment for FIFA 17.

 

Never Received Reward Point

Although I receive a deposit of 4750 credits in 2016 my dashboard stills show 0 credits.

And it does not seem like I'm being rewarded any points ever since.
