Rewards Points missing / Star Boost not received

Hi Support-Team,

it seems that I haven't received Reward Points for purchases in a while. I also did spend the required 104 Euro (actually more than that) in February to get a star boost from 3 to 4 stars - but it didn't happen, I'm still at 3 stars.

Can you please check, if something went wrong with my account?

Did not receive rewards for YOLO Rewards Boost your Cred

YOLO rewards received reward for Get Stoked with purchase of GTA V. Earned 11 achievements in game but have not received the YOLO Boost your Cred reward (4,000 points) for getting 5 achievements.

Did not receive star upgrade/ haven't got any rewards points since 1-11-17

was supposed to receive a star upgrade for spending $100 in February. Also have not received rewards points since 1-11-17.

We do not see the required spending for this offer. Keep in mind that Gold Subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for this offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you. Keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP.

There is currently an ongoing issue with the tracker for that offer that is causing it to not update properly. We are investigating the cause of his issue. Once we receive word that the issue is resolved, we will update this thread. Apologies for the confusion.

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing
gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.
