Rewards Points Missing/Completed Missions but No Credits

There was an issue this morning with our daily maintenance that caused user profiles to fail to load. We have since fixed that issue.

Regarding your purchases, purchases that go towards offers do not also award payback. Since your Movie purchases in December went toward offers, they did not award payback. Also, as stated in our FAQ, pre-orders do not award MyVIP payback. The only way to
get Credits for pre-orders is through offers. Your purchase of Ghost Recon Wildlands was not eligible for any offers at the time of your purchase. Purchases only go towards offers if purchased in the offer period.

Gamerscore is not the same as Rewards credits. It has no monetary value and cannot be used to make purchases. In order to receive rewards credits, you need to complete offers listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site.

To earn credits, you have to complete offers listed on the Missions page of the rewards site.

You could also complete reward missions if you have the gamepass some missions give 600 reward points you can typically earn over 2000 reward points every month hope this helps

We see that you redeemed your purchase of NBA 2k18 as a token from another source. Since this purchase was not made off the store, it was not eligible for this offer.
