Rewards Points Issue

Hi I am having trouble with my rewards account. It is not updating my points. It has been like a week and nothing has updated.

Reward points issue

I've been a member of the reward points program since 2013 and have over 80000 gamerscore however havent been rewarded any points for it, i've previously spoke to somebody in support, i was told to delete my account and add it back which still didnt fix
the problem which i was then sent here.

The rewards program does not award credits for gamerscore. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

We see you have received your Credits in the recent end of month deposit. If you are asking about MyVIP payback for your purchases, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. To be clear, since this is an issue with how data is being sent from an internal source, adjusting your user information will likely not resolve
this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

Since that is not a Rewards program issue, Rewards support will not be able to assist. The Microsoft point system ended in 2013 so at this point the cards have most likely expired.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. There is no offer for 6000 Points for Far Cry 5. Also, Points are the Microsoft Rewards currency, so it sounds like you are asking about that program. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we
are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.
