Rewards points haven't been depositing since June of 2016

In my list of pending credits, there are 8 instances of credits that have been pending since June 30 2016. How can I get them deposited?

Hey I'm waiting on 23'500 points to be converted to credits.

hwy iv been a reward member since early 2016 and haven't received any of my rewards. The account says I'm waiting on 23'500 points to be converted but have never had any added to my account since 2016. Please help

Hello Manimalstyle,

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page to request a deposit to be scheduled for your account.

If you don't redeem the gems by June 15, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

If you have any pending credits by May 31, 2018, they will be deposited into your account as currency by the end of June. If there is an issue depositing credits into your account, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

Could you log into Microsoft Commerce and check for an Xbox Live Rewards Deposit on June 21st, 2016? If you see the deposit there, that means you're in good shape! Please be sure to report back here
if you do not see an Xbox Live Rewards Deposit from June 21st on that page I linked so we can take a deeper look.

If you received an Xbox Live message regarding the Fallout pricing issue, you can check
Microsoft Commerce to verify if the credit has been applied. Be sure to check for an 'Xbox Live Rewards Deposit' on or around June 21st, 2016.

If you find an Xbox Live Rewards Deposit, that means you are good to go!
