Rewards points gone!

I was waiting for my points to get deposited (it was over 5000 points) when all of my points are suddenly gone EXCEPT the 250 points for the March 1 survey.

The lost points include the 4,000 points for the Anime rewards. Can I request for checking? What's going on?

Bing Rewards Microsoft points

I tried to redeem my point from bing rewards, but my bing points are gone and I did not get my xbox point. Where are my points?

That would mean they were deposited. Your statement on the MyRewards section of the site would list if they were deposited. You can also verify your deposit by checking your returns at Sign in to your Microsoft account

I panicked given that the March Survey points are pending (March 1), when my rewards are deposited on March 8.

Rechecked and yes they are deposited.

Did they give you the reward points. The only reason I purchased this game now rather than later was because of the rewards for the game and mine hasn't gone through either.

So i suggest to wait... but, if the time is already gone, try to contact the official support

The Credits are still pending in your account. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the
31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since your Credit event happened on the 6th, it will be a part of the end of month deposit occurring shortly.
