Rewards points from reward.xbox.con

Discus and support Rewards points from reward.xbox.con in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have not recieved my xbox rewards points it says I need to update my info but nothing has changed and I have tried but it keeps comming up with same...     I have not recieved my xbox rewards points it says I need to update my info but nothing has changed and I have tried but it keeps comming up with same problem

    Score Streaks

    I keep one low points score streak reward, one mid-points score streak reward, and one high points score streak reward at all times, even though I routinely switch them up. The care package is one of my favorite lower points rewards, because sometimes you'll luck up and get a high points reward from it.

    Earning Microsoft Points for Gold renewal

    Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
    list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

    to our deposit process. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being
    worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. To be clear, since this is an issue with how data is being sent from an internal source, adjusting your user information will likely not
    resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    MyVIP Gems to Microsoft Rewards Points

    From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will
    convert to one Microsoft Rewards point".
