my points from a month ago and 2 months ago still have not been deposited. and theres no button for early. deposit. and no date i now have 11200 points and i want them converted

i applied for my 22000 reward points to be deposited a month ago and theyve still not been deposited what should i do and when will the points been deposited?

I have over 13,000 rewards points and they haven't been deposited in my account. I had the same problem 2 years ago.

You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for support to check into it for you.

Keep in mind that credits are scheduled for deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th
and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

All Microsoft points were deposited as of August 2013 with Microsoft points were discontinued and the program switched to Rewards credits. So your points would have been deposited several years ago.

Lifetime rewards is a tally of all rewards while pending rewards is what is left to be deposited. Deposits are not automatically made until you have 5,000 points so if you have 500 from 2 surveys that is why they have not been deposited.

The staff will review your account and reply to you here within 1-2 business days. They do not work on weekends.

There was a rewards deposit on the 8th and a lot of people are still having issues getting rewards credits deposited so they are getting those emails. The OP is mistaken that they are points though.
