    I have not seen the bonus rewards points (30k or 50k, can't remember) for upgrading from 360 to one S yet in my account. Purchased system at MS store, and was told they would automatically update once logged into system. Its been some time. Thanks!

    Xbox Live rewards points not deposited on 15th

    Hi,

    I received my 50,000 reward point for upgrading to the Xbox one S on January 3,2017 but they have not been deposited into my Xbox account.

    only received 30,000 for xbox one s upgrade?

    Hi,

    I checked my rewards account today and seem to have only received the 30,000 points for upgrading not the 50,000 for when you upgrade from a xbox one.

    How do i get this corrected?

    Hi kludz007. To qualify for the Xbox One purchase offer, it had to be purchased from microsoftstore.com with your Microsoft account. We do not see any console purchase from microsoftstore.com with your associated account.

    I recently upgraded to gold but my rewards account wasn't recognizing it. So I haven't received points or credit for anything I've been doing for about a week. So, I contacted Xbox Live Rewards and they said there is a problem with my live account itself
    that needs fixed first before they can fix my rewards. They did not know what nor say anything else besides that.

    Not only is Best Buy doing the $10 upgrade they're also offering $10 My Rewards points for the games listed in the link provided.

    You must preorder to get the points. Points show up within 15 days of purchase according to the fine print so you should have them before X1 launch day.

    I'm preordering BF4 and AC4 for the 360 and then upgrading with the My Rewards points for a free upgrade. Make sure to read the fine print so you know what's up.

    Incorrect Rewards Points

    Hello SkyFire1327,

    I believe you may be looking at your Microsoft Rewards Credits. The console upgrade offer was done through the Xbox Live Rewards program, which will place Rewards Credits into your account. These Credits will be placed as pending 15 days after your shipping
    date. They will remain there until the next available deposit date, which occurs bi-monthly. At that point, they will be placed as currency into your Microsoft Account.
