rewards points for purchase of a one x

I bought an xbox one X a month ago and i would like to clam the 50000 points for the purchase because i should be entitled to the points

Purchased Xbox One X early this month and did not receive any Microsoft Rewards Points.

Never got Xbox Reward points for buying Xbox One. Can I get Microsoft Rewards points instead?

I never got the Xbox Rewards points (or any points, from any of my purchases) from buying my Xbox One X. Now that program is no more, and they're running an offer for 50,000 points if you buy a One X. Is there any way I can get those points in substitution
for never receiving my Xbox Rewards points?

Unfortunately, you have to purchase an Xbox One X and/or Far Cry 5 DURING the promotion period in order to receive the rewards points.

The Xbox Rewards program has never had any offers for purchasing or upgrading to a One X.

If you go on to the Microsoft Rewards App itself it says 'Upgrade to the Xbox One X for 50000 points'

Did you purchase the Xbox One X and those games during their promotional periods? If not (including buying it before then), it's unlikely the Rewards programme will award you the points.
