Rewards Points for December purchases never accredited to my account. $100's

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Also, please note that purchases that went towards offers do not also award MyVIP payback. Furthermore, we see that you received your deposit on the 27th, and it
was already spent on This War of Mine and Call of Duty WWII. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from
your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it is too early to see credits pending for December purchases.

Keep in mind, the first purchase has to be your first since joining Live, not just since joining the Rewards program. So if you had purchased anything before joining the program, you would not receive those points.

Rewards points are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have earned at least 100 points. In December, as part of that month's offer, points were deposited whether you had earned 100 or not. So you shouldn't have anything pending
from before December 14.

I've never had those rewards and there's nothing to suggest my points would go down in my purchase history :S

To add to this post I was suppose to receive the rewards for purchasing the xbox one s back in December 2016 and that is the deposit that looks to be in my account in my order history on January 2017 but I have not received anything.
