Rewards points are not accurate

i have spent well over two hundred dollars in xbox store this month alone. My rewards have not shown any of these purchases after i have waited the time necessary for them to post. This happens quite frequently. I would like my account audited and my appropriate
points added please. Thank you

Reward deposit isn't accurate?

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. Microsoft Points are a part of the Microsoft Rewards program. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team
via the Microsoft Rewards website. Since Gems and Perks were only created in October, it is impossible to have the 12 month Gold perk completed at the current time. As stated in the FAQ, pre-orders and game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP. We can confirm
your MyVIP rank is accurate.

Keep in mind if you're looking for VIP rebates, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too soon to see credits pending for March purchases.

It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. Since your Mass Effect Purchase was made yesterday, it is too early to see that purchase Rewarded. When that purchase is processed, the Simply Rewarding Credits will appear as a event on
your MyStatement, which is located on the MyRewards page.

We only make a deposit in pre-scheduled deposit cycles at the middle and end of the month. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit.
Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. So if you have requested a deposit, it will likely not occur until the end of this month.

Your purchase of For Honor went toward the VIP Boost for extra stars. Since your purchase went towards an offer, it did not also award payback.

As long as you opted into the "Simply Reward" promotion you need to keep in mind that it takes 96 hours for purchases to reflect on the website. Also, keep in mind there is a difference between microsoftstore.com and microsoft.com. The first website, microsoftstore.com
is only eligible with specific promotions (such as the current Wildlands promotion). For Mass Effect to qualify for Simply Rewards & Games on Demand offer it would need to be digitally pre-ordered from the xbox console or off xbox.com/microsoft.com.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since some of your Credit events occurred on the third and fourth of this month, they were not yet processed. You should expect those Credits during the end of month deposit. Hope this clears up any confusion!
