At 5000 or more pending Credits, we automatically schedule your account for a deposit. You reached this amount, and all your Credits were deposited on the mid-January deposit cycle. For future reference, all Credit and deposit events can be reviewed from
the MyStatement on the MyRewards page, sorted by lifetime.

Go to your rewards page then goto redeem and the gamepass code should be there at 0 points.

is there any news on my case please? It's been over a month since I opened this case and I still have 0 reward points and 0 pending points

On the Microsoft Rewards site, the page where you redeem points for gift cards. You'll see a tile for Ultimate that costs 0 points.

Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013 and changed to rewards credits. So unless you were a rewards member before August 2013, it's normal to have 0 points earned. That would have no effect on your earnings now or progress towards your star level.
