Rewards Point Pending

Discus and support Rewards Point Pending in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have 25,250 reward points pending since 3/1/2018 my case number is 1421273568, I would like to know if there anything I have to do on my end or...     Rewards Point Pending


    I have 25,250 reward points pending since 3/1/2018 my case number is
    1421273568, I would like to know if there anything I have to do on my end or anything you guy can do to help, I trying to get some games before sales ends..

    From the rewards FAQ:

    + How do I receive the Microsoft Points I earn through Xbox LIVE Rewards, and what are Pending Points?

    A. Microsoft Points earned through Xbox LIVE Rewards will be automatically deposited into your Xbox LIVE account by the 15th and 30th of each month. If your Point total is less than 100, the Points will be held as Pending Points until a quantity of
    100 is reached. Check out the Points Pending tab on your
    MyRewards     page to see your Pending balance. Pending Points will not display in your Total Rewards Points
    Awarded summary.

    Was the 300msp triple-play issued to anyone already?

    It should be in your account by the 15th of this month.

    Points you've been awarded. Pending Points will not display in your Total Rewards Points Awarded.

    Hello wwDARK LEGACYxx,

    As mentioned on your previous post (credits still pending):

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your US Rewards Account region and your Austrailian Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the
    time of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional
    currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update
    your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

    As stated in the sticky, our service hours are Monday - Friday.

    The points will be added into your account every 15th or 30th of each month when it reach 100 pending point

    200 points for renewing Gold membership

    You have to be an Xbox live rewards member. If you already are, then the points should be pending. The points always pend for a while if you earn them from Xbox live rewards
