rewards pending

it says i still have pending credits from May? i know it takes a bit but that seems awful long. any help with this problem would help alot!

Hi. As you can read from my previous posts, I have been waiting for a long time to recieve my rewards. 49000 credits..

I was chatting with someone who had the same issue and he said you eventually just credited his account with the value of the credits owed.

Can you not just do this for me? It would be appreciated.

You'll want to repost this in the Xbox Rewards Question forum so support can check your account.

Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support. Forum support does not have access to that information and they should not actually be posted on the forums (despite what support says).

 

It depends on how many credits you have pending. Credits are automatically deposited after you have at least 5,000 pending. If you have between 1,000 and 5,000, you can request a deposit and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time
that you make the request.

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it was not scheduled. For future reference, if you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at
1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Also, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month
deposit the following month. Since your Credit event that placed you above 5000 Credits and triggered a scheduled deposit occurred on the 13th, you should expect it deposited in the end of month deposit cycle this month.
