Discus and support Rewards Pending in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have 10,500 rewards pending and the 30th passes and nothing happened, also my vip stat has not gone up, it said within 96 hrs it will be updated but...     I have 10,500 rewards pending and the 30th passes and nothing happened, also my vip stat has not gone up, it said within 96 hrs it will be updated but nothing has happened

    Pending Rewards

    Hi. As you can read from my previous posts, I have been waiting for a long time to recieve my rewards. 49000 credits..

    I was chatting with someone who had the same issue and he said you eventually just credited his account with the value of the credits owed.

    Can you not just do this for me? It would be appreciated.

    You'll want to repost this in the Xbox Rewards Question forum so support can check your account.

    Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support. Forum support does not have access to that information and they should not actually be posted on the forums (despite what support says).

    Rewards Pending

    Keep in mind that it takes 1 cycle for points to be deposited. So if you got over 5,000 between the 1st-15th then the deposit is around the 30th and if you get 5,000+ between the 16th-end of month then it is deposited around the middle (15th) of the following
    month.

    An employee will have to check out your issue with MyVip. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply (they do not work weekends).

    Hello InfernoStuges3,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your Credit event that scheduled you automatically for a deposit happened on the 16th, you will receive your deposit in the mid-April deposit cycle.

    Furthermore, pre-orders and game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP. From the FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    200 points for renewing Gold membership

    You have to be an Xbox live rewards member. If you already are, then the points should be pending. The points always pend for a while if you earn them from Xbox live rewards

    It should be in your account by the 15th of this month.

    To add on to Smwutches response, keep in mind deposits are only twice a month, at the middle and end. You recently received your deposit as a part of this month's mid-month deposit.

    We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
    Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.
