    Rewards pending since April 2016


    Hi I have rewards pending from monthly surveys going all the way to April 2016

    Is that normal surely not ??

    No rewards deposited for pre-order of GoW4

    I have not seen any pending or deposit of credits since GoW 4 was released. I had the Ultimate edition pre-ordered since April 2016.

    Need Help with Rewards Points I Earned....

    Hi LiquidGamer007. Since the Rewards Credits you claimed started pending on March 17 and 22, they will be deposited to your Microsoft account on April 12. Thanks for your patience.

    Rewards pending since April 2016

    It depends on how many credits you have pending. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So it can sometimes take a while to get to 5,000. If you have at least 1,000 pending, but less than 5,000,
    you can request a deposit and they would be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

    If you do have 5,000or more that have been pending for quite a while, you'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to look into it for you.

    The 96 hours is how long it takes for the credits to show as pending on the Rewards site. Once pending, they are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. Since you redeemed them on the 19th, they would be scheduled to deposit with the mid-April

    Reward credits not showing

    Credits should show as pending about 96 hours after you redeemed them. Once they are pending, they are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. Since you just recently redeemed them, they would be scheduled for the mid-April deposit.
