    Rewards pending issue has not been resolved yet, no response after 21 days. Please fix.


    Hello,

    It has been 21 days since my original request. I was told it was "pending" as the image I have uploaded below will show my original post and the only response I have received.

    I have not been contacted or updated since my original post.

    I tried to PM the original responder about a week after not hearing anything. There was no response by this person.

    I would like to know what the status for my resolution is.

    Dark Souls 1 code missing

    Still no code going on at least 16 days. I stopped counting. I still get emails from customer support saying they will investigate it. Then a few days later "has my issue been resolved response"....no still no code, issue not resolved. Yet nothing can
    be done except the good ol wait.....

    500 gems perk Redeemed for 10,000 microsoft rewards and have not recieved them

    Reward Status 03/17/2018 10,000 Rewards Credits-500 MyVIP Gems Redeemed? Haven't received my 10,000 Reward Credits yet it's been 5 days? Spike with agent and virtual agent no one could fix this 3 days ago they were pending to my account then said redeemed

    At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience. If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition
    to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards
    catalog.

    While I cannot speak for the Microsoft Rewards program as this is a support forum for Xbox Live Rewards issues, I can confirm that the Credits for that offer should show as pending 15 business days after the console has been shipped. Since it has not been
    this amount of time, the Credits have not been awarded yet.

    Since it has not yet been 15 days since release, it is too early to see Credits pending.
