Rewards pending for nearly a month

Hi. My rewards credits are pending since 9/30 and I cannot figure out a way to get them deposited so I can buy some stuff on the store. Thanks

Not being shown as having gold

I signed into xbox.com/rewards this morning to be greeted with a message informing me myvip rebate could be increased from 3% -6% if I go gold. There is also an option for me to go gold. The thing is, I have gold already, and have had an active subscription
for years. My pending rewards are also showing as 0, when yesterday I had 500. This comes after nearly a month of waiting for my pending rewards from the previous months purchases. Could someone from support please get in touch as I am worried about the possible
reasons I am having these issues.

It should be in your account by the 15th of this month.

If those are your VIP rebate credits, they've actually only been pending since October 17 (rebates are just shown with the last date of the month they are for). They should be deposited in the next few days as long as you have over 5,000 pending.

As Smwutches says, payback for September purchases was delayed due to an issue with MyVIP. It should deposit at the end of this month.

If those are your VIP rebate credits, they've actually only been pending since October 17 (rebates are just shown with the last date of the month they are for). They should be deposited in the next few days as long as you have over 5,000 pending.

They should show as pending on the Rewards site. Once credits are pending, they are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So they would be scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month.

From the FAQ for the Simply Rewarding offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Note that pending and deposited are two different Credit types. Pending Credits are undeposited, and are awaiting action to move to the deposited state. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits
pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, your deposit will not occur until the end of the month.
