Rewards payout 'pending' since last month

Hello folks.

I'm just hoping y'all can help me get my rewards payout to process.

My page shows 12,800 credits have been pending a payout since 02-28-17.

I had expected that to convert on/around 03-15-17.

It's nearly the 03-19 now, and my page doesn't seem to be updating.

I've spent a mess of money this month, and I know that won't post until next month's mid-cycle, but I was really hoping I could request a payout for the 12,800 that is already there.

Also, the page doesn't seem to be updating at all.

It doesn't appear to have changed a single detail since late last month.

Has something gone wrong with that, or does it only update on the last day of each month?

Edit: Also, there is supposedly a way to request an early deposit right on the page, but I can't find that button anywhere. Xbox support directed me to do that when I first contacted them, but I had to explain that it's literally nowhere visible on my
end.

How many 'Pending' points do you have? You have to have a total of 100 pending points by the 1st of the month to receive a payout around the 15th of that month. I have 80 pending points, next month I'll do the survey and have 100 and they'll be paid out
around Oct 15th. Plus, Netflix is tricky- You have to sign up for it AFTER you sign up for Rewards and it has to be the first time you've ever signed up for Netflix. I've gotten close to 1000 MSP from Rewards.

 

No more rewards credits?

Since a couple of months I haven't received any more rewards credits even though I've bought plenty of games. Have rewards credits payouts stopped for people in the Netherlands?

If the credits from the 28th are your VIP rebate, those would not have actually been pending until after March 1. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the last month. They're just shown as pending with the last date
of the month they are for so you know which month they are for. Since the 1st deposit this month took place around the 9th, they were most likely added too late to be deposited on that date and would be scheduled for the end of the month deposit.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. As Smwutches says, payback from last month was delayed, which is why it was not available for the mid-month deposit on the ninth. Since your other Credit event happened on the ninth, it was similarly not available for the deposit cycle.
You should expect your deposit in the end of month deposit. Since you have already been scheduled for a deposit, there is no need to request one manually, so that button has been removed.
