Rewards Page says Update Birthday, but birthdate is correct on the account

    Rewards Page says Update Birthday, but birthdate is correct on the account


    Just checked on the Rewards site to see if I have been credited for my November purchases and it is saying that I need to update my Birthdate

    Only problem is that when I go to update my birthdate it is indeed correct

    Please can you look into this as I do not want it affecting my rewards credits for Novembers purchases being applied

    Xbox live reward & MS account info issue

    Hi,

    On my Xbox live reward page it says that I have to update my birthday information because it is incorrect. But, I clicked on the update my account info button & it is the correct date. So, what do I do to fix this? I tried "updating" my birthday by just
    putting in the same date but it still says on the reward page to update my birthday.

    my reward page says Some of the information we have on file appears to be incorrect. Please ensure the birthday associated with your Microsoft Commerce account is correct by clicking the button below. I have checked this and it and it is correct.

    There is a minor reporting error which is causing us to see the incorrect date of birth for your account. This error does not negatively impact your account in any way. It is just some data that our system has flagged as out of place. Due to the way that
    some users birthdays are being processed, the information is being formatted incorrectly, causing us to see that your birthday was in 1899. We are working on correcting this issue. Apologies for the alarm that this has caused. Again, this does not negatively
    affect your account in any way.

    Since you never logged in to the Rewards site during your birthday month, your account was not updated to Reward your birthday. Our team has changed how this works to allow a bigger window for you to log in and update your account for dates such as your
    Birthday. We see this perk is now pending in your account on the MyRewards page.
