    Rewards ongoing problem


    Hello there, I've been a rewards member for the better part of a year, maybe more. I've done everything possible in my power to try to get this fixed but no one has been able to help me in any way. I have received absolutely no rewards at all. Zero, nothing,
    zilch. I've done everything it says to receive rewards, like achievements, purchases, challenges, ECT. Please someone help.

    I really have no idea what would be wrong with my account, but it keeps telling me to post on here.

    "There seems to be an issue with your account" is not terribly useful information.

    Hello Lil Mama Lette,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    For example, since the bulk of your purchases have been consumables, these are not eligible for MyVIP, and do not award MyVIP progress or payback (things like Destiny Silver, Lunchboxes for Fallout, etc). Since these purchases did not complete any offers
    either, they did not award Credits from offer completion. Additionally, we do not award achievements unless as part of a special offer. For example, in the Obsessius offer this month, you can get Credits for achievements in games you purchase for the offer.
    Keep in mind that this applies only to games purchased during this offer period for the offer; previous purchases do not qualify.

    Tried all of the above and it still doesn't work anything else I can try? I will lose my streaks in the rewards app through no fault of my own, this has been an ongoing problem for about a week
