    It's not recognizing that I got an achievement for the Earn an achievement 50 points thingy. Is there something wrong with the app?

    Hi Stephanie!

    Some achievements are validated within 72 hours. I suggest to wait on that timeframe. It's also possible that it's being affected by the issue of the Rewards app that is currently listed on the Xbox server status here https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    You may want to wait and monitor that issue from that link.

    Microsoft Rewards top 10 is not completing when I get an achievement.

    Hello. In the newest Microsoft Rewards top 10, I 've gained two achievements through Fable Anniversary and the Rewards page will not acknowledge and complete. It also is the only task for the monthly bonus round as well. Any idea on how to get it to recognize?

    Sometimes it could take some time to recognize the achievements, you can also try reinstalling the rewards app
