Rewards on hold?

I kinda feel like my rewards account is on hold currently. I have SIX pending rewards (one from all the way back into 2013) for a total of 2,500 points that need to be deposited. NOTHING is showing for this year in my lifetime rewards listing - and I know
for a fact I spent well over $30 on items in Fallout Shelter in February so I should have received at least 2,000 points for that. And who knows how many other points I've missed out because of this hiccup! I know my accounts are linked, so no idea what's
going on. Could someone PLEASE fix this? I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Xbox Live Rewards merging with Microsoft Rewards

I have both XBox live rewards and Microsoft rewards. Will I still get my XB rewards credits converted into MS rewards points on my existing MS rewards?

 

I can't claim my reward on Xbox one please help.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Addtionally, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000
or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

However, we have reviewed your account and confirmed you did not get Credit to the FREEdom Rewards offer. We will adjust your account for the FREE pass offer in February. You should see those Credits by the end of next week.
