    I recently bought Black Ops Cold War and recieved the 6000 reward points but then i had to refund as i purchased the wrong version. The 6000 points dissapeared as expected but then when i purchased another version of Black Ops Cold War i didnt get the
    6000 points back. Have i missed out on those points or can they be added back onto my account? Thanks.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

    That offer was only sent to select Rewards members, so not everyone was eligible for that offer. If you joined the Rewards program after the offer started, you would not have been one of the Rewards members selected for the offer and would not have been
    eligible for that offer.

    Since that was a Microsoft Rewards program offer, not an Xbox Rewards offer, support in this forum would not be able to assist. Preorders were not eligible for the Microsoft Rewards offer.

    As Smwutches says, we are not currently running an offer for controllers. That is a Microsoft Rewards offer, and not a Xbox Live Rewards offer.

    Just an FYI the freedom rewards offers are not the offers that are eligible for the On the Hunt Challenge. The featured monthly offers are the ones like the current You Complete Me offer and last month's Dr. Rewards offer.
