I've gotten no rewards EVER even though I've spent hundreds of dollars on xbox live in the past few months

For example, I preordered Forza 7. No rewards.

Xbox Rewards Credits Issues

I'm participating in #YOLO rewards. I bought Forza Motorsport 7, Forza Motorsport 6 and Forza Horizon 3.

In Forza 7 I complete in the beginning of the mouth more than 5 achievements, but in xbox rewards this achievements is not computed!!!

I need the confirmation about my Rewards Credits is credited.

I will not participate again if the rewards have this type of problem. It is a great lack of consideration with the consumers of the xbox platform.!!!

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

For example, your pre-order of Forza 7 did not qualify for any offers, and is not eligible for MyVIP, so it did not award any Credits.

Hi, you would receive a message in your Forza 7 in game messages for sure to redeem the reward. Are both games tied to the same Xbox account though ? If for instance you have Forza 7 tied to another Xbox account then you wouldn't receive the rewards unless
you're using the same account the game is registered on the Forza rewards website with.

In my experience the rewards totals are automatically applied in Forza 7 where as in Horizon 3 you need to redeem a gift message
