Rewards not working - cleared history ect

We fully understand the inconvenience the issue has caused and that the current situation can be frustrating.

Unfortunately, the problem you are experiencing is one that many users (including me as an Agent) are facing.

For my personal account, my searches on mobile are not generating any credits regardless of the network environment (Wi-Fi, hotspot) and regardless of the application used (Microsoft Launcher, Bing, Microsoft Edge).

The Answers community is not the architects and leaders of the Microsoft Rewards platform.

It is unclear to us why the Microsoft Rewards support team made this decision.

This issue also puts us in a difficult position, and dealing with this type of situation is out of our reach.

We were unable to obtain details about how the Microsoft Rewards platform's support team is handling this issue.

Further changes depend on the Microsoft Rewards support team.

We will do our best to follow the progress of such issues, but we cannot ensure when Microsoft Rewards will provide adjustments that apply to this issue.

Your spot on and need to resolve this . A week of it failing now and again last night when I played a game . Utter disgrace and lack of replies

Just want to say I am having the same issues.

Still no joys and still no points this morning for daily achievement and game pass .

Hello! The Microsoft techs are aware of all the different issues going on with the ambassabank and are working on a fix. While we are waiting, you can just try the usual fixes. Clear cache and history, use a different browser, ect.
