Rewards not working after update

When you migrate your Xbox account it doesn't automatically update the Rewards program. You would have to opt out of the Rewards program and re-register after a few days in order to update your information.

If you are a member of the skip a head program and on the newer os, there has been an issue seen so far with the latest update and the Microsoft rewards. I was able to do a hard reset and get in after that. To do a hard reset, you hold the button
down then give it 20-30 seconds and start it back up. That worked for me. Also be on the look out for updates for the rewards app on the xbox, that may come to help fix the issue as well.

After investigating, we see that since your account was adjusted after Rewards were closed for your region, the new event is not displaying since your region is not eligible for any new offers or Rewards. We have escalated this issue to another team to investigate,
but we see that the Credits are pending in your account. Our other team is now working on allowing these events to update visually on the website. Apologies for the confusion.

Keep in mind that gamerscore only updates once a month on the Rewards site. So if you just got to 25,000 on or after May 1, you may not see it update until after June 1.
