rewards not workin proper.

i have put 2 1 months gold the past 2 months, played wwe 2k16 n baseball game more than 10hrs. still not been placed into my pending, also i bought halo 5 never got a rebate for a 55£ game. im sure this is happening alot its starting to do my whitt in.

Hey BongsForLife. Smwutches is correct. We don't award for earning Achievements or renewing Gold membership. To earn Credits, complete offers on your MyMissions page or make purchases at the Xbox Store to level up your MyVIP rank. You can check out our offers

Not receiving proper rewards

I noticed I'm not getting rewards for my achievements and I am also not getting rewards for renewing my gold either please help

 

Support will check on your Halo purchase, but as of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. There are no offers to receive credits for playing any games more than 10 hours.

In order to receive credits, your purchases either need to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the
Rewards site.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways: 1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
Xbox Live Rewards .

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders,
game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds.
If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
at (Xbox Live Rewards).

As of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals, and similarly the Rewards for playtime is no longer a current offer.
