    Hi, I seem to be backed up by a couple months on rewards points. It says I should have 71,000 but they never transferred. Just wondering if maybe something is wrong? Thanks

    Has anyone had an issue with your stats not transferring from xbox rewards to Microsoft rewards.

    Hello xKarmaIsABx,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since you only hit the 5000 pending Credits required for a deposit earlier this month, you will receive your deposit in the end of month deposit occurring shortly.

    Hello spOOkyninja,

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a temporary deposit issue on your account in our mid-month deposit cycle. We see that that this issue was resolved, and the Credits were successfully deposited two days ago as part of the end of month deposit cycle.

    Are you sure you are in a xbox Rewards region?

    If you originally signed up in uk but then transfered to za afterword then there is nothing you can do

    Currency doesn't transfer between regjons
