Rewards Not Transferring

I bought my new Xbox One on Cyber Monday and I earned 50,000 live points, but they haven't transferred to my Microsoft account yet. By looking at the FAQ and small responses on here, it seems like they should have transferred on January 31, but didn't.

Could someone let me know what I need to do or when let me know when they will be transferring?

Has anyone had an issue with your stats not transferring from xbox rewards to Microsoft rewards.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since you only hit the 5000 pending Credits required for a deposit earlier this month, you will receive your deposit in the end of month deposit occurring shortly.

You received your deposit of these Credits on December 28th. They were placed as spendable currency in your Microsoft Account, which you can review from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).
This transaction will be listed as a refund with a negative amount, since we are adding and not removing funds from your account.

For future reference, all Credit and Deposit events can be viewed from your MyStatement, on the MyRewards page. If sorted/viewed by lifetime, this statement will show all events for your account.
