    Rewards not syncing after reconnecting with XBox Live


    I have an issue where a reward achieved while not connected to Xbox Live will not sync when I reconnect back with Xbox Live. It's happened a few times, but it is most obvious under the Awards page: I show for 2017 4 bronze, 3 silver, 3 gold, and 3 diamond.
    However, under the Challenges Achievements, my progress for "Go for the Bronze" shows 2/12 and "Go for the Silver" shows 2/10. "Go for the Gold" correctly shows as 3/8.

    How can this be resolved?

    Xbox connected to internet but won't connect to XBOX live.

    After reconnecting, I lost my Xbox Live subscription.

    Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with Microsoft Solitaire Collection and the rewards not syncing.

    Please try the troubleshooting steps on this page HERE and let us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling
    the game will fix an issue like this.

    hmm. try playing the game with no internet connection get to save point and turn off the xbox and turn it on than reconnect to xbox live and open the game and see if it syncs

    I'm wondering if it's pending upload/sync and that's why it's not showing up as available. I would try setting your Xbox as offline, then reconnect it online and to Xbox Live.

    If you are asking if the 2k18 and 2k19 single player story wise will sync up offline nope. To sync your data it will require online connection but you can play the game offline after syncing. and then it will sync it back when you reconnect ect.
