Rewards not showing on my account since gamer tag was changed

I changed my gamer tag a few years ago and no rewards have been awarded since this. I have purchased around 5 games/ 5 GTA shark cards/ rented around 4 films

Microsoft Rewards

I haven't been earning any rewards for achievements, however, it's still tracking my game hours. Is something wrong with my account? MicrosoftRewards has been like this since I changed my gamer tag. However, It's been so long since I changed my gamer tag
I don't remember an exact date, but it was around the time that CoD Black Ops 2 released. Can someone help?

Multiple accounts

Changed my gamer tag when I went to xbox one. Is there a way to add new gamer tag to my current rewards account

We do not see that you had a gamertag change, but created two accounts. This has caused you to have two accounts associated with your email address. We see that currently, your accounts are being forwarded to your other account. Would you like us to close
out that account so all purchases are directed to your current gamertag (BIG RICH 1985)? We can transfer your pending Credits from your past account to this account as well.

There is no way to delete a gamer tag. You can pay to have it changed, but deleting the Microsoft Account will not delete the associated gamer tag and will only make that gamer tag inaccessible since there will no longer be a supporting Microsoft account.

I only share my gamer tag. I did now change my Microsoft account number and when I signed in the hacked person detail immediately showed as my gamer tag...

This same thing has happened to me but it has been over a month since I’ve changed it and the gamer tag still shows up underneath my old one
