    I have not recieved my reward credits for the Christmas offer a rewards story despite now owning rise of the tomb raider forza fallout 4 and it's season pass and having preordered halo wars 2 also the new offer for preordering games does not register that
    I have preordered halo wars 2 please may I have this issue resolved thanks

    Hello GMRob,

    Since only your purchase of Halo War 2 was made during the offer period, it was the only purchase that applied toward that offer. However, since that offer required the completion of all three chapters, you did not complete that offer, and therefore did
    not receive any Credits.

    Similarly, since your purchase of Halo Wars 2 occurred in December, it was not made within the offer period for Games on Demand, and did not apply toward that offer.

    haven't received game pass quest rewards for November and December.

    Hey MrGiggleButts! Make sure to check your Xbox Live messages as that is where the rewards will be sent for November. The rewards are sent out over the course of the following month so November's rewards were sent in December and December's will be sent
    out over the course of January. I have sent you an Xbox Live message in regards to the Mixpot rewards. Thanks!

    The April punch card rewards points will be sent by the end of this month, MS really needs to expedite the rewards process. They should have sent out the points with the avatar reward email, it is the same offer after all.

    Xbox rewards are not sent via email so you would not have missed any rewards. Any emails that would have been sent would be updates on your rewards statement which you can via on the MyRewards section of the rewards site.

    To have emails sent when you get a post on the forums, you would need to change your settings at the top of the forums.
