    rewards not right


    brought a load of gmes since my last deposit of rewards to find my statement has come through saying i've not earnt any rewards this month. ! whats going on i've spent over £330.00 this month of digital games. my son has also spent over £200.00 since november
    and not been rewarded or given stars at all

    Pre-orders and game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP payback. From our FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    Regarding the other gamertag, you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since they are a zero star member, they do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    Additionally, Gems and the Gold MyChallenge only started in October. We cannot award Gems for activity done before they existed.

    Hey GiggaTaz,

    It sounds like you may be unfamiliar with our program's deposit process. Our deposit process is outlined in the FAQ for Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.


    Since you requested your deposit on the 19th, your pending Credits from before that date were deposited. Since your current Credits were placed as pending on the 24th, they would not have been a part of that deposit. They will be a part of the mid-month
    deposit next month. Note that the FAQ says that this will occur "on or around" the 15th of next month, so while the deposit should happen by the 15th of June, it may occur before that date.

    What offers are you looking for credits from?

    Since the program is tied to your account, it does not matter if you make purchases through the website or through the console.

    The offer to receive gems for keeping gold started on October 1 so it hasn't been a full 6 months yet. You should receive the gems after this month ends.
