Rewards not registering

I just reviewed my rewards account and it's basically non-existent. Since it dates as far back as its creation, 2 years ago , it should be a huge amount of punchcards and other things. Now you have the new freedom rewards, that should have loaded me quite
a bit of rewards, not too mention all the games I've purchased and played since black Friday alone. Give a brother a break here. Can we get this straight?

I had an old gamertag what i didnt use but it was linked to my main email so i changed the email of that one and then linked that email to my main account , and signed up for the rewards on my main gamertag . but here is the problem i have signed up things
to get points like netflix and other things and renewed my 12 months xbl but nothing is registering im getting statements for the old gamertag in emails but when signed in it shows the one im using i need some help here please.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

You have already been awarded for FREEdom Rewards, and those Credits are pending in your account.
