Rewards not reflecting accurately

Hello, I have made a few purchases in the recent past. Actually more microsoft store purchases in the last three months than during any three month period in quite awhile. My most recent purchase was for MassEffect 3 - preorder at $69.99. This would have
put me over the required $60 for March that would have added 6000 points to my account. Where are my points? How long does it take for them to show up? I intend on making a deposit of reward points soon and probably inadvertently did already during my attempts
at tracking my point totals and purchases. I purchased For Honor as well and do not see any reflection of a point addition for that purchase. Please let me know what I need to do. This forum process for addressing account issues is inadequate and I would
rather talk to someone by phone directly. Being a long time xbox account holder in good standing, making frequent purchases, and remaining active - I believe those of us in this situation deserve better treatment and response.

As long as you opted into the "Simply Reward" promotion you need to keep in mind that it takes 96 hours for purchases to reflect on the website. Also, keep in mind there is a difference between microsoftstore.com and microsoft.com. The first website, microsoftstore.com
is only eligible with specific promotions (such as the current Wildlands promotion). For Mass Effect to qualify for Simply Rewards & Games on Demand offer it would need to be digitally pre-ordered from the xbox console or off xbox.com/microsoft.com.

A staff member will review your account and reply to you here. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work on the weekend.

It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. Since your Mass Effect Purchase was made yesterday, it is too early to see that purchase Rewarded. When that purchase is processed, the Simply Rewarding Credits will appear as a event on
your MyStatement, which is located on the MyRewards page.

We only make a deposit in pre-scheduled deposit cycles at the middle and end of the month. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit.
Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. So if you have requested a deposit, it will likely not occur until the end of this month.

Your purchase of For Honor went toward the VIP Boost for extra stars. Since your purchase went towards an offer, it did not also award payback.
