    Hi, so I ordered four $5 Amazon gift cards through your Xbox Rewards system and didn't get any e-mails with the codes either in the inbox or the spam folder, even did a keyword search and nothing showed up. Gmail has done a redesign lately and I haven't
    been getting e-mails from automated services sometimes too.

    I did go to the Rewards history and hit resend on each of them and waited awhile to see if I'd get those with no luck. I've also sent in a support request to MS Rewards under request no. 1428453599. Haven't heard anything back from that either. All I really
    need are the four codes and hopefully the rest of these issues will sort out on their own. Thank you

    If this is the gamertag that should have received the code, please send a PM to Mister Fizzle. He should be able to look up and see you were eligible to receive a code and they should be able to provide that code. If this was not the gamertag that should
    have received the code please send that Gamertag in the PM. Just click the little green envelope and explain the situation about not receiving the KI code and provide your Gamertag in the PM. Thank you,

    Never got my Summer of Acrade code for Ascend.

    Sorry to hear you're not seeing your e-mail with that code

    Just to double check:

    That e-mail would have been sent to the e-mail associated with your Microsoft Account.

    • Have you made sure you're checking that e-mail account?
    • Did you look in your junk/spam folder as well?

    If you are definitely not seeing the e-mail anywhere, please send a PM to Mister Ohnaka (click the little envelope under his post) with a link to this thread and explaining your situation.

    PM would be if you post the reward codes so it isn't open to the public to be clear. Anyone else can comment freely

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.
