Rewards not present. Feeling UNrewarded....

I've had xbox live for over seven years now, and over this time period I've accumulated an obscene amount of "digital purchases". And this was brought up to me because a friend of mine told me he's always received money on his Microsoft account because of
the digital rewards program. He barely makes any digital purchases compared to me having over 100 games purchases digitally through the xbox360 and xbox one. He thinks he's received around 35 dollars from this rewards program. And mine says its EMPTY. Sure,
I have my Microsoft rewards points, which is something around a couple thousand (this isn't even halfway to five dollars). So I'm looking for a solution to this. Otherwise its game over for me. I also spoke with customer service about this (1400317371) and
they directed me to this page and told me everything would be solved here...

Points for membership renewal

Hi there,

I have been credited xbox live reward points in the past for my 2014 gold membership renewal but nothing for my renewals in 2015 and 2016. Do these no longer qualify for rewards? Seems bad for such loyalty to be unrewarded!

Very disappointed tonight, over a simple question.

So if I joined the Rewards club on the 14th would I still have gotten the present? I'm guessing not.

In order for support to check into your account, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you
need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

MOOCHKIN

SOFLAM is very useful but very unrewarding to the user. They are sacrificing attacking points to laze targets for teammates. And while very helpful is very detrimental to the use as they only get 10 points for a laze and no kill assist bonuses. (only thing
i think they should change with that, make it more rewarding pointwise for the user)

I think Halo 3 got it right with social and ranked playlists. But players who only play social probably shouldn't go unrewarded.

We only do an automatic deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since you are beneath this amount, you have not received your pending Credits as a deposit. If you would like, you can request a deposit manually for the next available deposit date since you
have at least 1000 pending Credits. You can do so from the MyRewards page.

We also see that you have usage stats for games and apps in the MyStats on the MyDashboard.

I was the main blacksmither in our group on PC. It was a bad decision as the PS crafting was useless and one of the most unrewarding things in the game.

That said.....THEY FIXED IT! Love smithing in Xbox. Perfect.
