    I bought an Xbox One-S through the store so I could earn the 50,000 reward credits but I still do not see them pending. I used the "Get Started" link and I made sure I was signed in. I entered the promo code for expedited shipping too. Please help make
    sure I get these!

    Hello, I have not received my 50,000 points from the Xbox One S upgrade promotion. Last time I checked in on these points, I pointed out there was a discrepancy between the FAQ and the promotions terms and agreements. However, I have now gone beyond both
    of the dates where the points should be pending. According to the FAQ and other answers regarding these issues here on the support, the accumulated points should have showed up on the 30th of December. They did not. According to the terms and agreements of
    the promotion, they should have showed up on the 1st of January, or 15 days after shipping; they did not. I have seen a multitude of people have problems with this promotion, so I would like to resolve this as quickly as possible as I would like to use the
    deposited points to preorder a February purchase. Thank you.

    Hi AKA Da BIZNESS. There is currently a delay in awarding for console purchases. Credits should show as pending by the end of the week. Thanks for your patience and apologies for the inconveniences.

    From the FAQ for that offer:





    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.





    Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.

    200 points for renewing Gold membership

    You have to be an Xbox live rewards member. If you already are, then the points should be pending. The points always pend for a while if you earn them from Xbox live rewards

    It should be in your account by the 15th of this month.

    To add on to Smwutches response, keep in mind deposits are only twice a month, at the middle and end. You recently received your deposit as a part of this month's mid-month deposit.

    We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
    Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.
