    Rewards not occurring from live account


    from my Xbox one I haven't been recieving credit for purchases from Xbox live rewards, as well as the latest "freedom" offers, I completed 6 achievements on warframe however it won't allow me to get the 75 plat. I purchased 6 titles on the Xbox live store
    in 2015/16 and I've never recieved my points for doing so.

    Has anyone else got $6.00 free from microsoft on 360?

    I was going to purchase a few games from xbox live on my 360 and I went to add a credit card and saw that for some reason that microsoft put $6.00 into my microsoft account and thought that was just from the rewards program. But I happen to check another account on my xbox 360 that i didn't even use the rewards program with and have just purchase one game with that account and it also has $6.00 in that account also is Microsoft given out $6.00 to us or what is the deal?

    Account Transition from Child to Adult Not Occurring

    Hi,To promote a child account to an adult account do the following.

    Sign in to Xbox LIVE by using the account that you want to change.

    Go to Settings, and then select Account.

    Select Promote Child Account. This should make your account into an adult account but you must prove that your are an adult in your country, as the age is different for different parts of the world. Check out the link below for more info.

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive any new activity. Since your achievements were unlocked in the last few days, it has been too early for our system to process those changes.

    Regarding your Credits, we see multiple payback events for 2015-2016. However, we only automatically perform deposits at 5000 or more pending Credits, so your more recent payback events in June-December have not yet been deposited. You can manually request
    to be scheduled for a deposit from your MyRewards page. You can also view all your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on that same page.

    What about my current Xbox Live Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance?

    If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on May 31, 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May, 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your Microsoft
    account by June 30, 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.

    Gems will not be converted into Credits until this final deposit that should occur by June 30th. You will be able to see your deposit as currency from the Microsoft Commerce page.

    Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not

    Incorrect Rewards Points

    Hello SkyFire1327,

    I believe you may be looking at your Microsoft Rewards Credits. The console upgrade offer was done through the Xbox Live Rewards program, which will place Rewards Credits into your account. These Credits will be placed as pending 15 days after your shipping
    date. They will remain there until the next available deposit date, which occurs bi-monthly. At that point, they will be placed as currency into your Microsoft Account.

    It is no longer possible to change the region of your Xbox Live Rewards account, since we have disabled new user registrations for your region. If you choose not to change your region, your deposits will continue to fail, and your Credits will remain in
    your Xbox Live Rewards account. Since these Credits will still be in your account at the time of the transition, these funds will be converted into Microsoft Rewards points:

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalogue. See the next question for when to expect your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems if you have opted-out of making
    the transition to Microsoft Rewards.



    Since Xbox Live Rewards is ending, your Xbox Live Rewards account will be closed. However, we will transfer over any MyVIP progress you may have had, which are associated with certain benefits in Microsoft Rewards:
