Please note that our program runs on the GMT time zone. We see you had 4 purchases on the 24th, and one on the 25th, which are likely the purchases you mention. Since it takes up to 96 hours to process new activity, your purchase on the 25th was not processed
until yesterday. We see that this offer has completed and is pending in your account.

Freedom rewards not giving a reward

I completed all of the freedom rewards and the last update I bought $15 in one game $9 in another and $10 in the last but when it updated it said only two of the three games I spent $5 on for the punch card but I bought all three purchases on the same day
so it should have finished but it didn’t and there’s only one day left to complete what I already did

It normally takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after taking a survey. There is a bit of a delay with this month's though. As long as the site shows you've completed the survey, you will receive the credits. If you still need support to look
into it, you will need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
However, your recent purchase of Halo Wars 2, while not eligible for MyVIP payback due to being a pre-order, was eligible for the Games on Demand offer, and awarded one punch. That offer requires three eligible purchases to complete and receive offer completion
Credits.

There is no offer that gives Rewards Credits just for a purchase of Gold.

As stated on the site, the Xbox Rewards program was changed to the Microsoft Rewards program so it is no longer available. The Xbox Rewards program did not give credits based on achievements.
