Rewards Not getting cash back

I have spent a ton of months on games and dlc in the past few months and should be getting 6% back with live rewards. I have spent $40 alone on Warframe in the last 30days but my account has only registered the 2000 points for the punch card... Please help

Seriously? Pre-orders Don't count for cash back?

That's ridiculous, and I wouldn't have pre-ordered if I knew that. Knowing now, I won't be making another.

I'll wait until the game is released to purchase it.

And the vip gems are stupid, so don't try saying that makes up for it.

Not getting VIP cash back

We see you received MyVIP payback for your April purchases. Your purchases in May mostly went towards the Retro Rewards offer. You cannot receive Credits for both offer progress and MyVIP, as stated in our FAQ:

What type of Rewards can I earn?

In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

The remainder of your purchases were beneath the $10 requirement for MyVIP payback, as stated in our FAQ, and the amount was reserved to complete a $10 amount in a following month. Regarding your June and July purchases, also from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP (or this month's), so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

I used to track mine before Xbox Live rewards program changed. But you used to get cash back/rebate every month for any purchases you made in the store. Now it just a completionist thing lol, no real reward other than woot I finished this game.

so ur saying that i wont have earned any credits at all for ordering so many games? It says you get 2% to 4% cash back as part of the rewards programe i havent even had that!

I believed you been hack. Keep workimg with phone support to get you profile back in your hands. To provent this happen again never go to sites that ask you give you password and e-mail address for free money for your XBL account. And if you want free cash
for XBL. Join XBLR or BING rewards. And you can earned some cash for LIVE without the risk of having your account stolling. Before you start the two lagit ways get free money for LIVE. BING REWARDS is a USA thing only.
