it's been over a year and still haven't received my rewards or know when I will be compensated for waiting so long I would love to see a resolution but don't know when that will be

:)

Okay, thank you. I thought that if I got them by the 30th that they would be there on the 1st.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Unfortunately, we have not yet received a solid estimate from our other team working on this issue on when to expect their resolution to be deployed. Apologies for the inconvenience. While we wait for their solution we will continue to attempt deposits into
your account in the hopes that a deposit gets through. Once a resolution is deployed, you should receive these Credits.

All rewards over 5,000 take 1 cycle to deposit. Rewards deposited between the 1st and 15th deposit at the end of the month and the 16th and 30th/31st are deposited in the middle of the following month.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

If you check your digital returns at
http://commerce.microsoft.com it should show you if it is deposits from the rewards program. You can also check your rewards statement on the MyRewards section of the rewards site for when deposits took place. If they took place at the same time as the
deposits on the billing site, then those are definitely from your rewards deposits.

Currency from the rewards program will expire one year after the deposit if it's not used.

There is no word on if/when the program will shut down.

For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. There was no deposit scheduled for the 14th. The first deposit for this month took place on the 12th. If you requested a deposit on or after the 9th, the
credits would be scheduled for the end of the month deposit.

$1.15 would be a deposit of 1,015 credits. If that's how many it shows were deposited on the Rewards site, then the deposit was correct.
